How your order arrives
Dry goods, drinks, and household items are packed to suit each product.
Careful packing
Refrigerated, dry, and home goods are packed separately. Liquids are sealed and cushioned so bottles and jars arrive intact.
Delivery windows
Your delivery window is shown at checkout for your address. Check it before you confirm so you know when to expect your order.
Arrival handoff
Your driver hands over the order at your door or the drop-off point you chose. Check the items against your receipt when they arrive.
